With Engineering UK having reported last June that only 25.4% of girls aged 16-18 would consider an engineering career compared with 51.9% of boys, 23-year-old Business Development Executive, Ellie Bush, from SHJ – Medical Gas Specialists, is encouraging more girls to join the engineering industry.
