The Samaritans Cycle Sportive is now firmly established as an annual fundraiser, taking place each year in West Wycombe, with all proceeds going to the Chilterns Branch of the Samaritans.

We were very happy to once again sponsor the Food Station at this popular community event. Our team of SHJ volunteers manned the BBQ, flipping burgers and feeding the hundreds of hungry cyclists after their amazing fundraising efforts.

The event raised over £15,000 which will help ensure the Chiltern Samaritans keeps on providing the vital service they offer. With over 130 trained listening volunteers they give people time and space to express their feelings in a confidential, non-judgemental and safe environment. They never tell people what to do and they NEVER judge.
